Abstract

إن الاهتمام بتكوين الموظفين في أي مؤسسة هو عنصر أساسي في نجاحها وتطورها خاصة في مجال التكنولوجيات الحديثةالتي أصبح من غير الممكن تجاهلها في عصر ومجتمع المعلومات، وفي ظل التوجهات الحديثة للحكومات والمؤسسات التي تسعى لعصرنة إدارتها من خلال الرفع من مستوى التكوين لموظفيها خاصة في الجانب التكنولوجي، وقطاع الأرشيف هو واحد من هذه القطاعات الذي لا يشذ عن هذه القاعدة. جاء بحثنا هذا في هذا السياق ليسلط الضوء على دور التكوين في المجال التكنولوجي للأرشيفيين في تأهيل وترقية هؤلاء الموظفين لممارسة مختلف المهام الأرشيفية بأكثر كفاءة، فضلا عن تقديم خدمات نوعية لجمهور المستفيدين على اختلاف أنواعهم باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة.

The importance of employees training in any institution is an essential element in the success and development in the IT field that became not ignorable in the information society, and in the light of the modern trends for the governments and institutions that attempts to modernize the administration by training its employees in the technological aspect, for that, the archive field is not an exception from this rule. This research has been conducted in this context to highlight the role of training in the technological aspect for the archivists in improving, and upgrading these archivists to practice their tasks with more effectively, as well as to provide Quality services for the different users, by using the modern tools.
