Abstract

The training of information professionals to use IT effectively has been increasingly demanded in the ever-changing information society, digital archiving is an important skills that is in common use by the public and public administration centers in different activities areas, as long as the application of those techniques need better qualified and specialized, formation institutions must reconsider the curriculums to meet the job market needs. This study will be conducted at the institute of library and documentation science, at the university of Constantine 02, to discover the reality of educational process of the official courses concerning information specialists and archivists in digital archiving, which are offered by the curriculum, as well as present some suggestions which can improve the performance of the current programs in order to meet the needs of the job market, and finding ways to enhance cooperation between the training institutions to provide skillful workers to boost the societal responsibility based on the findings, some suggestions will be made, which, can improve and develop the actual programs, as a result, a future plan can be imagined for the societal responsibility of the training institutions in general, and the training for digital archiving in particular. The importance of this study is presented on the topic of teaching electronic archiving at the first Institute at the National level. It is divided into two separate parts; the first one is forming library and information specialist and the second is forming archivists. In addition to that, the students at the institute are studying the field since the first year, and not like the other universities where the first year is separated from enrolling in the field directly. Our study is based on the descriptive method using the analysis method to collect and interpret data about the phenomenon. As the study is will include all of LMD students of Master's students (archival techniques and libraries). We will also analyze the approved ministerial programs. As well as using a basic tool to observation.

أصبح الاهتمام بتكوين أخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات والأرشيف للتحكم في التكنولوجيات الحديثة وحسن استخدامها أمر لا مناص منه في مجتمع معلومات يتسم باللااستقرار ووسيلته التقنية، ولأن الأرشفة الإلكترونية أحد أبرز العمليات المنطوية تحت لواء تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال فقد لقت رواجا واستخداما كبيرا لدى الهيئات والإدارات عمومية كانت أو خاصة نفعية أو خدماتية...، وبما ان إدخال وتطبيق هذه التقنية يحتاج إلى كوادر بشرية مؤهلة ومتخصصة كان لزاما على مختلف مؤسسات التكوين من معاهد وجامعات إعادة النظر في برامجها التكوينية المطبقة والعمل على تكييفها بما يتوافق مع سوق العمل بالقطاعات المختلفة بغرض تلبية قضايا المجتمع من النواحي الاجتماعية والثقافية والعلمية والاقتصادية . نسعى من خلال دراستنا هذه سوف نجريها بمعهد علم المكتبات والتوثيق جامعة قسنطينة 02إلى استكشاف واقع العملية التكوينية من البرامج والمقررات المعتمدة لتكوين أخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات والأرشيف حول الأرشفة الإلكترونية ثم تقييمها وإيجاد سبل تفعيل الشراكة والتنسيق والتعاون بين مؤسسات التكوين واحتياجات الهيئات والإدارات من الأيادي العاملة لتعزيز المسئولية المجتمعية، وبناءا على النتائج التي نتوصل إليها سوف نقدم جملة من المقترحات التي من شأنها تحسين وتطوير البرامج المعتمدة ومنه رسم تصور للدور المستقبلي للمسئولية المجتمعية لمؤسسات التكوين بصفة عامة والتكوين للأرشفة الإلكترونية بشكل خاص. تبرز أهمية الدراسة في كونها تتناول موضوع التكوين للأرشفة الإلكترونية بالمعهد الأول المستوى الوطني حيث ينقسم إلى قسمين مستقلين عن بعضهما البعض، القسم الأول متخصص في تكوين المكتبيين والقسم الثاني في تكوين الأرشيفين. سنعتمد في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي مع اعتماد اسلوب التحليل لتفسير المعلومات والحقائق حول الظاهرة محل الدراسة. كما سوف نعتمد على عينة عمدية (قصدية) المتمثلة في طلبة ماستر أل أم دي (تقنيات أرشيفية ومكتبات). كما سنقوم بتحليل البرامج الوزارية المعتمدة.
